
This Sweet Chili Salmon is a 20 minutes dish that's packed with flavor and makes a perfect dinner solution! A bit of sweet, a bit of spicy, super tasty delicious and succulent salmon! This is a Thai inspired recipe with so much room for you to adjust it to your taste.
The first step is to have your sweet chili sauce ready. You can get it store bought or prepare it at home using the Chili Oil Recipe as a base, adding to it honey, soy sauce, ginger , garlic and chili flakes.

Add the sauce ingredients in a jar and taste to adjust if you prefer it extra spicy or extra sweet.


You can at this point bake the salmon or broil it. Preheat the oven based on the cooking technique you prefer.
To bake, preheat the oven to 420 degrees F.
To broil, preheat the broiler.

For baking, it requires 18-20 minutes. For broiling, the salmon is cooked between 8-10 minutes.

How to Store Leftovers and Reheat
You can store any leftover sweet chili salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, you can wrap the salmon in foil and air fry at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Or in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You can likewise microwave, but we don't recommend.
